Hey there, beautiful!

My name is Leslie Edsall and I’m a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I work with clients who struggle with sugar addiction, belly bloat, low energy, digestive issues, weak immune systems and poor sleep.

I created this program because I spent my late 20’s and early 30’s struggling with these issues, but I didn’t know why. I felt bloated, my skin broke out with acne and hives weekly, and my college boyfriend constantly said to me, “You are always sick.”

I was sick from toxins! I was tired and constantly getting colds. Eventually, I ended up with a weak immune system, but despite countless tests doctors could not understand why. I was eventually diagnosed with Epstein Barre, but doctors had no “cure.” I also had unexplained hip pain for two years which was not getting better despite rest, surgery or exercise.

I wanted to feel better, have more energy, sleep better and tone up because I could not go to the gym anymore due to the pain. I was growing more depressed each month until I broke down in tears as I decided to go to nutrition school. I had to give myself a new focus to combat the depression that was setting in from the ongoing hip pain.

What I learned from my journey was unexpected – I was shocked to gain so much education on how food and inflammation play a part of all of these areas.
