As we move towards Thanksgiving and fall quicker feels more like winter, I can’t help but think about what I am grateful for.  In my yoga classes, we close each class with a moment of going inside and finding one thing we are grateful for that day.  It can be big or small, it really doesn’t matter as long as the grattitude exists.  What would happen if all beings did this every day?
The shift of energy throughout the world would be emense and truly everyone would benefit.  Try to take two minutes each day, sitting still, feeling your breath and find one thing you are grateful for.  This can be done morning or evening as long as you make the time.  You’ll be surprised at the shift it brings within and how it translates in your relationships with others.
